Sean’s love of Real Estate started in the 90’s while being in the building industry on projects in and around Yeppoon. Originally from a cattle property between Clermont and Alpha, he has kept his connection with the bush with a half share of the Grand Hotel in Clermont and many family members still residing out west.

In the last 4 years he has been a big part of restoring Great Keppel Islands rundown “Haven” to the Great Keppel Island Hideaway, following on from many years as the owner of Yeppoon Backpackers.

Sean has been involved in the development and creation of subdivisions in the Yeppoon area including 12 industrial blocks in Cassam streets as well as small residential subdivisions in and about town.

It is through these projects and 50 years of being a local Yeppoon resident, combined with Australia’s No. 1 Real Estate brand that Sean attributes his success and looks forward to many more years in the industry.
